4 Shot at Howe Park – Unsanctioned Gathering Ends in Shooting
On Saturday evening, an unsanctioned event of several hundred people at Howe Park in Sacramento's Arden-Arcade neighborhood erupted in gunfire when 20 to 25 gunshots echoed through the area as Sacramento County Sheriff's Deputies were actively dispersing the crowd.
The Incident
